The Spa Guy offers a Solution to Hot Tub Covers blowing off when using Coverlifts. You or We can add this Strap system to an existing or new Coverlift. You simply install the straps on the coverlift side of the spa. Then you install the front Cover Locks if not installed already. When the cover is opened using the lift, the straps on the back release and allow the cover to be removed. When you close the cover, the straps tension up and hold the back closed. If you have the Locks on the front of the cover clipped when the cover is closed, then the cover will be held into place and the wind cannot blow the cover off. Also if the cover is locked on the front and the kit is attached to the actual cover straps in the rear and not to the coverlift center bar, the cover cannot be lifted unless the straps are cut or damaged.
