The Spa Guy Extended Warranty Program
The Extended Warranty Program costs 240.00 + Tax per year and covers the components and items shown in the TSG Extended Warranty Document only. If you have a hot tub that is difficult to service meaning normal servicing would be difficult there will be additional fees for this tub. There are also additional fees for tubs with additional items like radios and televisions.
Added Fees for difficult service situations are either 100-400 per year or an additional fee during each service visit.
Added fees for stereo or Tvs are 100-500 per year depending on equipment and age of the tub.

The Spa Guy, Inc® Limited Warranty Offerings
The Spa Guy, Inc (“TSG”) warrants to the extended warranty purchaser (“you”) the following on your Pre-Qualified and Inspected spa, when purchased from an The Spa Guy, Inc® (“dealer”).
Note: This 1 year Warranty is extendable year to year, paid ahead, as long as the hot tub is maintained properly.
Deductible: All Extended Warranties require a minimum 100.00 Deductible per part failure occurrence with no cap per year.
1 Year No Leak Plumbing Warranty
TSG warrants the covered spa against leaks for one year. This warranty specifically covers leaks from the wall fittings, jet fittings, internal plumbing, internal glue joints, drains, hoses, pumps and all bonded parts.
1 Year Component Warranty
TSG warrants the essential electrical components, motors(s), heaters and other spa electrical components against failure and unaided component failures for one year. What is not covered here are components damaged by negligence or improper chemical usage. We Do Not Consider Ozone devices or lighting essential.
Other Parts and Pieces
Some parts, most of which can be changed out without the use of tools, such as filter cartridges, filter lid, spa pillows, and cover locks, are not included in this warranty.
Shell Warranty & Shell Surface Warranty
TSG does “Not” warrant against water loss or cosmetic issues due to defects in the spa shell. Cracks, delamination, crazing or discoloration are not covered. Stress Cracks are not covered.
Spa Covers
Spa Cover are specifically excluded from this warranty, although they may be covered by Nashville Spa Cover Warranties.
Frame & Side Panel Warranty
TSG does “Not” warrant the wood or composite cabinet or frame under our extended warranty program.

Extent Of Warranty
This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser of The Spa Guy, Inc Extended Warranty when purchased and originally installed within the boundaries of the United States. This warranty begins on your date of the Warranty purchase only after the spa has been thoroughly inspected to detect pre-existing conditions and all such conditions are repaired to TSG standards. This warranty terminates upon any transfer of ownership, or if the spa is relocated from the spot of the original warrantied location..
Warranty Performance
To make a claim under this warranty, contact The Spa Guy, Inc as soon as the concern is noticed at 615-481-6941 ext 1. or via e-mail, [email protected]. You must give TSG written notice of any warranty claim, along with a copy of your original warranty purchase receipt indicating the date of the purchase, within ten (10) days of the time you discover the issue or your coverage may be voided. The Spa Guy, Inc reserves the right to inspect the malfunction or defect on location.
The Spa Guy, Inc will repair any defects covered by this warranty. Except as described herein, you will not be charged for parts, labor or the freight costs for parts necessary to repair the spa for defects covered by this warranty except for any related deductibles or access charges. In some cases, the The Spa Guy, Inc may charge you a reasonable repairperson travel/service charge that is not covered by this warranty. Please contact the TSG for information regarding any such charges.
Limitations
Except as described above, this warranty does not cover defects or damage due to normal wear and tear, improper installation, alteration without The Spa Guy, Inc’s prior written consent, accident, acts of God, misuse, abuse, commercial or industrial use, use of an accessory not approved by TSG, failure to follow TSG Instructions, or repairs made or attempted by anyone other than an authorized representative of The Spa Guy, inc. Alteration includes, but is not limited to, any component or plumbing change, or electrical conversion. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY STATED ABOVE.
