You will Not gain ownership of the tub until you have either paid 36 Full Monthly Payments or have paid the Full "Cash Value" of the tub including any Rental Fees and Taxes. This is a Rental that is Automatically Renewed month to month if you get 10 days late we will pick the tub up as a rental return and you will loose any equity and your deposit. You will have a period of time to reinstate the rental if we pick it up but you will then be responsible for the cost of pickup and redelivery. You cannot move the Rented hot tub to another address without prior written permission from The Spa Guy, Inc . Moving the tub without permission is a Criminal Offense per 47-18-614 of the Tennessee Rental Purchase Agreement Act.
